Hmm ... It appears that you are in a pickle. If this fails, you may need a professional spend up to $ hire: /

-First, ensure that the area is as dry as possible and to eliminate mold and vacuum with a vacuum cleaner or vacuum hose.
-You then need to clean with a bleach / water solution. The whole thing with a spray bottle and let stand for 10 minutes, but not too long because the moisture, causing mold in the first place.
-after feeling, clean and pour baking soda and rub affected area with a 50:50-vinegar-water solution. You do not need to rest. Make sure that you all out though.
"When everything is ready, you can use a blow dryer to make sure that the site is dry. Moisture is always somewhere, you should consider replacing the doors and windows. Try to keep the area dry as possible. If it rains wipe. The bright areas once a week and make sure it stays dry.

Clean it out and run a dehumidifier for about 55% fixed. Be sure to let the fan in the shower and crack open a window, use the steam / moisture.
