Nudist beach?
Nude beaches in Puerto Rico are not permitted to violating the law. He believes that the exposure of the population in the shade by the Criminal Code and can be stopped.
However, there are certain areas in Ocean County Park and tolerate this kind of topless sunbathing. Hotel El Conquistador in Fajardo rent a private island, which is a kind, but it must be a registered guest to access it.

I was at El Conquistador and yes, it is a private island named Palomino, but as far as I know, no nudity.
