How do I get Internet service on my Pocket PC? - pocket pc

Im pretty sure I have a wireless card and say anything, but, or pay for an upgrade? Basically, I have never been my line of Pocket PC and need Barney style explanation of how to make it operational. I have a Dell Axim.
