Create a logo with Photoshop - Coz you save as. jpg or gif format for later use. However, if the word is the only option now, read on.

1. Show Picture toolbar (View -> Toolbars -> Picture)
2. Drawing on the form tools on the toolbar, you draw your cross. If you appear on the sheet form drawing tool, click Esc to get rid of it and then draw your cross.
3. Put the stethoscope picture. Click on this box and the Picture toolbar, click Text Wrapping button text layout (a small icon with a picture of the dog in it), click on the option, or through the Square.
4. Now move the stethoscope picture your cross. If you do not overlap, right-click on the image, click on Order -> Bring to Front. There are other options that you play the way behind the text, fry, then play until you get the effect you want.
5. Finally, it is necessary to group 2 photos. Click the first image, hold down the SHIFT key, click the second image, then right-click -> Grouping -> Group.
6.You now have the image overlay.

Hope it helps.

Tool that provides an invisible color available. It looks like a pen with a corner on the bottom of things. So just suck on a white background images, do it behind a text, and move them to your taste.
